Hello thank you for your interest in the condo. The Nirun is 4500Baht for 6 month plus rental plus water, electricity and maintenance of 350Baht a month.

This condo is free from January 2012

@TheNorse51 That's up to you. It all depends on how much you use the air con. But as a rough idea. My electricity bill in my house is between 1200 and 1800Baht.I use my aircon mainly in the night. @TheNorse51 Yes the condo is furnished with sheets. But this apartment is rented out until December. We have another room which is free.
