Trail magazine's Phoebe Smith enlists some help to see just how quick and easy it is to erect the Vango Infinity 400 AirBeam tent - a new kind of tent that used inflated beams rather than poles. Vango claim it can be put up in under 3 minutes -- an accurate claim or are they full of hot air? Phoebe finds out...

  • You cant just speed the video up and then stick a timer at normal speed next to it! Then say you did it in under 1 and half mins when we can see the timer saying 1:46.09. But id sure like to pole your tent!

  • PHOEBE, you are absolutely stunningly gorgeous, but you have to look like at least you give a crap. What the hell is wrong with you hair? Eat some carrots it s good for the skin. Dont get me wrong, i think if you can look beautiful in this video, you would be dazzling fixed up.

  • Nice erection Pheobe :)

  • Would like to see ya put it away in less than 30 mins,, and get it in the bag it came out of !!!!!!!!

  • The latest word from Vango is now to inflate to 3psi, guide the beams into position and then to add no more than 2 further pumps. We have a 600 and did just that when we took it to Suffolk for 5 days and it was fine. we had quite a bit of rain, some of it very heavy but not a drop leaked into tent.

  • First 30 seconds looks like me in the morning...lol!

  • Hiya, what air pressure did you pump those beams upto? Just wondering because vango are now saying to pump each beam to 3psi, no more then 4 psi. They look quite firm and was just wondering..

  • I'm interested in seeing the inflatable tents of smaller variations. LIke a 2 person tend or 1 even. Also It would be awesome to see how these type of tents behave in high wind!

    Keep up the good work!

  • Poor Louise, now lying down with a stress induced heart failure..........!!
