I'm studying Solid State Electronics and let me tell you this stuff is a nightmare.
It's too damn abstract (is an infinite potential just a graph or is it an actual barrier??!!).
Plus the math involved is hard, which is nothing but second order ordinary linear differential equations and algebra.
Good god I CAN'T wait until I'm done with this class...

LOOOOOOL
damn just listening to u is funny

u r awesome dude..

duh

he takes like a crazy weather forecaster!

You forgot to mention that n cannot be zero, otherwise k would also be zero and u would get a non-normalizable solution.
i.e., it should be n=1,2,3,....

I think he's kind of slow and needs to cut to the chase
-
ur just dumb i guess?

If u find this too difficult then u might just with somehing else, and haven't u heard of pause, it right there use it. I actually like the fact that he goes this fast. There are other videos from stanford and mit that takes really slow, I just find them waste of time.
good luck
I enjoy your energy as you are talking about energy! I think this is one of the most exciting physics lecture I've heard.
