CW Brandi Judges a Justine Bieber Singing Contest at Ross Park Mall. The winner receives 4 tickets to the LA Premier of Justin Bieber's movie, "Never Say Never." Winner also gets entered in a national contest where they get a chance to meet Justin himself!
