The HOLES to the two rooms underground are located in the fields behind the DMV on CLinton Street in Binghamton NEW YORK. (more towards the apartment buildings nearby). ENJOY.

@xjkill ....it actually did have a vault where they stored book plates from what they printed. It was the VAIL BALLOU printing company. At one point they printed a 10th of all books in America. I found an 1866 copy of JG BALLARD's "LIFE OF LINCOLN" down there, but it was the only thing I could fish out from under a grate.
