Cont... the mother of this child was probably terrified of dying... I feel so awful that she was had to make a call. These pregnancy would die without intervention because the mother will not go into labor .... Since its not in the uterus it has no where to come out.

Cont...It is extremely risky to carry this type of pregnancy & if I'm not mistaken it has approx 40-45% chance of mortality for the mother & I think even less of the children make it.

Incredibly sad... Depending on exactly what the placenta was attached to I'd probably try to carry. I would have carried this fetus because it was attached to the ovary.

@drsselva What happens if a woman carries the child to full term? Does she go into labor? Does the placenta rupture?

could it be possible to keep that extrauterine pregnancy till term?
Yes you can There has been reports that this extrauterine pregnancy was not diagnosed and the patient has carried it to term. However because the placenta is adherent to the intestines and omentum there is a big danger of bleeding and even losing the mother when surgery is done to deliver the baby. So it is safer for the mother if these pregnancies are removed when diagnosed early.
