Hehe, lol, a little late to reply now? But better late than ever. I had to take the battery out due to storage in the wintertime. I managed easy to take it out 4 months ago though. Thanks for replying anyways! : ) The snow is melting away soon here, and I can't wait to get the scooter out and drive in the sun!

take of the plastic paneling, unplug terminals, then take out battery w/ screwdriver, then plug back in, and put paneling back on
