Don't look at this like a rant video...look at it like a suggestion video. :)
Simply just a few things that customers do at the coffee shop that I work at...I don't personally fancy.

    I try to then talk SUPER fast when telling them the totally.

    Same thing if they are quiet or really loud. I just copy them.

  • Customers don't need to be trained or conditioned; customers need service and accommodation. They aren't experts in the field and don't need to be; they're the reason you have a job. I used to work at Starbucks, and I got sick of it like you, which is why I don't work there anymore, but that's part of the job description if you want to make money off of people's need for caffeine and sugar.
