@CTMotorcop Actually, I have read all your comments. I have responded to many of your other comments and it seems we are arguing from the same side, but with slightly different views. I'm sorry if I or my brother have offended you. We tend to be very strong set in our views and well educated on the subjects. >_<
@XxXxDramaBratxXxX Then I should tell you to go back and read my comments about this case. I publicly stated that I do not condone the actions of these two police officers. I even posted the actions taken against both of these officers and where the court case still stands
@CTMotorcop If you've been reading my other comments, then you would notice that I said that my brother was on my screen name and hadn't noticed. *I* am not the firefighter, my brother is. AND that I said that *I* don't believe a cop can't go over 60... OBVIOUSLY if they are on a call OR the speed limit is set higher than 60... But it WAS stated that the speed limit is 40 on this roadway in a previous comment, so why is that even a question. Why don't you actually read the other comments?
@XxXxDramaBratxXxX Because you even stated earlier that you were a firefighter. Unless of course you are in the habit of lying. I never assume, I deal only with facts.and one fact is that I was on scene that night at this accident.
Now tell me just where in the CT State Stautes that it is written that a police officer can not go over 60 mph.
Looks like you just assumed something that just isn't true
@SabreTacticalCT Just to be clear... FireMAN is a MAN who MAKES fire. FireFIGHTER is a man who FIGHTS fire. And those fireFIGHTERS save asses like you everyday... and my BROTHER (who posted the previous comments a year ago) is a VOLUNTEER! Do you know what that means? He saves lives out of the kindness of his heart not to get PAID. So be GRATEFUL!!
@CTMotorcop And how do you, sir, know that I am not a lawyer or studying law? Or even training to be an officer? You don't. Please don't assume, because you know what they say... You'll make an ASS out of U and ME. ^_^
@CTMotorcop THAT was my brother, who didn't realize he was on my screenname. He also has the same issue - not stating things the way they should be said.
Yes, cops are allowed to go over 60... ON A HIGHWAY or other such roadway in which the speed limit is posted as such... OR if they are on a call in which they would use their sirens and lights to notify the public that they are in a rush, but that's not what was happening here, because those teens would have heard a siren or seen the lights.
@SabreTacticalCT OR what we happen to ACTUALLY see in real life. This guy went through the training to PROTECT and SERVE, not to SPEED and KILL!! ALL people need to think about how their actions will affect others.
@XxXxDramaBratxXxX You have not offended me
