Wonderful stuff! Here I am worrying about the small wheels on my incoming fixed-gear, 1.4Mtr, Fw190 foam Warbird being able to handle my smooth grass park and all I have to do is take them off! No wheels is good, who wants to hassle with PITA Retract U/C? Thanks guys.

FAST FAST FAST BY SHOWMRKET >>see that dear !
for the spitfire, i have it and it flys like a dream! but what really gets annoying is that i have to cycle the batteries for it EVERY time i want to fly it. do you have this problem with it also?

@MrRockoutLoud i switched to LiPo batteries, and removed the J3 jumper from the receiver (see manual for Lithium Polymer batteries). Ahm Lovin' it. No more weak batteries. LiPo is the way to go, to eradicate that problem. Good luck and thanks for watching :)

@33104282 so i just need to get a LiPo battery that has the same charge and connect plug size?

@MrRockoutLoud You can find a Parkzone Lipo , direct fit for the Spitfire with the same connectors. Check with your Local Hobby Store, or at Parkzone's website to see what it looks like. Its "3 cell 2100 mah" and won't hurt the plane. It will help it fly more stable from start to finish. Don't forget to check your manual for which jumper to pull out of your receiver. good luck

ahs201193, I went to reply and hit the "remove" button on accident. sorry!
1st time plane : get the Super cub. You'll get more flights out of it. It's the easiest to land and fly too. So it's relaxing and enjoyable. Good luck

not easy for a 1st plane. you will crash it more easily just starting out because it can be disorienting when the plane rolls.
