Despite our best efforts, sometimes it is hard to connect with what our body really needs. We would love to just "do it anyway", but we aren't sure what it is that would make us feel better. Completing a body scan at least once a day to get a sense of what your body might be telling you it needs is important to raise your awareness of your mind-body connection.
