@griffonsa That might be , but if I were in the situation of either beeing captured by the germans or taking a gun and shooting at them because then I´d have the chance of ghetting back even though beeing a medic , I´d pick number 2 . Plus , by whom were the Meidc executed ? By the Germans :D

@Wrongstatementsclear Every medic (American) was clearly ordered not to carry a weapon as it was against the ROE, there are reports in the Battle of the Bulge, where German medics were executed for carrying a weapon.

@griffonsa Maybe the entire group was in such distress thatthe Medic neede to assist them . That could be , and ur right : These days the Combat Meidc isn´t really medic since he doesn´t carry anything like a red cross on his Uniform

@Wrongstatementsclear No no no... In ww2, u would have been executed by the enemy if they caught u with a weapon as a medic. A medic wasnt allowed to carry ANY weapon back then...

Could be that it changed later on, not arguing there....

Aight, so ignoring all the hating, not a bad low budget short. Obviously, some facts were wrong and film things that coulda been done better but all in all a good job. I was really impressed with the dialogue. I didn't feel like I was hearing a bunch of actors play soldiers, the way they talked sounded...more real.
