I was fortunate to see and hear this wonderful performance. Netrebko was splendid but the big wonderful surprise was Beczala who was just oustanding!

Just heard him for the first time last night on a PBS broadcast of the Met's recent production of "Lucia di Lammermoor". OMG! I was completely taken in by him. I can't wait to hear more from this tenor!

I went to see him singing Edgardo the cinema, last night, and it was wonderful, full of power and dramacity. He is my favourite!

Saw this on HDlive last night. Amazing, best thing I've seen in the Met relays here in the UK. Had me enthralled. Bravo!

i was there for this in person! even from my nosebleed seat, both he and damrau were magnificent. i thought the tempo was a little fast, but still so moving. thanks so much!
