How is Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery Performed?

I am wondering if this is my problem, I'm going to my ENT soon, I have had cronic sinusitis for years, I even quit smoking 4 months ago, and still no relief! Antibiotics don't work anymore, and I am deff. having trouble sleeping, and can't breath thru nose anymore, cronic headacke and pressure in all areas of sinuses frontal, maxillary, and broken nose, and all, any ideas Dr. please help!!

i just got this done on wednesday. I would also like to know when the relief begins? At least I can look forward to them taking out those damn packings on tuesday so I can finally breath through my nose
