I will NEVER forget this. A late Friday night/early Saturday morning (UK time) just glued to the television set willing Steve, Matt, James and Tim to win. Thinking they had it all sewn up, and then, thanks to the Italians, some of the most nailbiting drama ever at the end.
This was just fantastic, and one of the best moments of Sydney 2000, along with Cathy Freeman winning the 400m whilst taking the pressure and expectations of an entire nation and putting it on her shoulders.

Ive just taken up rowing, and that guy is one of the most inspiring people ive ever seen!!! Not only is he britain's greatest ever olympian, but hes set up his own charity to help others. A credit to his country and sport.
