Loved Ray Stevenson in this > best Punisher hands down. A joy to watch all that military training blazing through. My only quibble are most of the villains. I know they were comic book but Looney Bin Jim and the Monkey crew were unnecessary. Otherwise, this is a really entertaining film.
I have a real soft spot for the Dolph Lundgren Punisher too. Definitely an 80s action film take on the character, but Ray IS Frank Castle. I really hope he gets another chance to play him.

I reckon they will re-do the punisher movie again for the Secret Defenders. In Thor they had a cameo of Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner w/ bow an arrow) and Iron Man 2 had War Machine. We need a Luke Cage movie, a Hawkeye movie, a new Ghost Rider (Nicholas Cage sucked) and a S.H.I.E.L.D. movie for Black Widow. With that, we have the Secret Defenders, and Dr. Doom will shit himself to death.

You mean they shitty excuse for a Punisher film? Thomas Jane is a great Actor but, far from Frank Castle and didn't resemble Frank Castle what so ever. Ray Stevenson IS The Punisher and Punisher War Zone is a REAL Punisher movie.
