@lmp1054 Then don't sleep in a vehicle in public.

Thank goodness for the bus! I'm not too sure the people get jobs in Temagami but they never come back so I assume there is a program there for them! The bus driver says he let's them out by a trout stream.

I have contacted our local authorities on this matter and was told that twice a year our town offers support. They provide a meal and a trip for the homeless. They round u the homeless from the streets and churches then feed them and then bus them to a town called Temagami! They are let out there( 500 ) miles away and the bus comes back here.
Now are town had no more problems with homeless people!

@BubbaBodecker Contact a local homeless service group and ask how you can help. If they do not reply in a satisfactory way to you, get a friend or two and look around your community and make a plan to help people in a way you feel is best. Just be sure to check for the fact that some areas have immoral laws banning the feeding of homeless people. If there is such a law in your hometown, rally to change it.
That's a sad way to live in one of the richest countries in the world.

@lu44ap In CA I've witnessed food stamps programs require proof of where they're staying. Considering how anti-homeless some areas can be this is troubling. Also, some auto insurance companies will not insure unless there is an address so there's more discrimination.

@lu44ap Regarding your situation, I recommend finding all the homeless advocates in your community and making them aware of the situation. What's more, attend the meeting and speak up. Get video if you can. Even if it's not perfect it's better than nothing.
