    but you also made a mistake. it should be p(a,b|c) = p(a|c)*p(b|c)

  • Just a note, I believe there's a mistake in the 'tail to tail' example.

    The equation that shows the conditional independence should be p(a|b,c) = p(a|c)*p(b|c), not p(a|b,c) = p(a|c)*p(b|a).
