Kim Jong Il, when he was alive (which is when this video is shot anyway), would actually REJECT food aid from foreign countries, including China.

@jodiescookin1 NK gov't is not allowing its people out, but some escape illegally. But when NK's escape NK to another country no country that I know of is giving NK's refugee status and they just send them right back. Why? Could China, Russia, South Korea be afraid of North Korea if they grant asylum to people who successfully escape the NK? Well this is how people treat each other in general. Hopefully it's a bit better in NK then the videos show.
