The claims to ancient times until now run deep, and it is impossible to say for sure who should get these lands. It should be split (not quite 50/50 maybe 70/30. 30% for Palestine as they have less people there and less land they in their claim) in my opinion between Israel and Palestine. Seriously, study your history and find out what was done to the various people who make up what is called Palestine. Before World War I they were ruled by the Ottoman empire. Do you think that was nice? Nope! Then in 1917 they sided with Germany. That was a big mistake as we know that Germany lost both WW1 and WWII.
