Homemade Cap Shooter

-----PLEASE READ-----
This is how to make it: Get a pen( i find that BIC's work best)and cut off both ends so u can clearly see through it. Get a Elastic band and cut it in half. U will want to make it fit so that the elastic band will ba able to sling things through the pen. use electrical tape to stick it on so that the 2 ends of the elastic band are taped on the side of the pen and the middle is sitting tight( but not to tight u should be able to puill it back about 5-7cm. Then when u have taped the elastic band on u will need skewers... But i used the large safety matches which are about 6cm long. Then tape a cap from a ring of caps on to the end. common sense will tell u how to shoot it. they are good for a distraction or to piss people off. Enjoy!! Comment and plz!!
