thats prob the ralliart. i dont think the evo x would get beat THAT bad. not hating on the speed3 just saying.

Its an evoX... i talked to the guy before and after. the rallyart puts down maybe 200HP to the wheels.

I really dont know why they would bash me.... lol this is a bone stock evo and never had a chance on the roll. Now if we do a dig 1/4 mile then it might be a bit different because i have a hard time catching traction.

do a little research. Trap speeds are far higher on the speed 3, so from a roll its easy to see that it would rape an evo x, stock for stock. Weight and AWD drivetrain loss make a stock evo slow in a straight line.

@spdrcr787 most people don't understand drivetrain loss. Yes the evo puts out about 35 more ponies from the crank buts the speed3 dynos 10 more WHP stock than a stock evo and a shit ton more tq. from a dig no chance for most of us speed3 guys. AWD vs the tq monster off the line. with launch control and various other techniques i still can't launch with out blowing the tires off. time for real tires

@nikolaspeed3 gotta love these haters.. a lot of poeple under estimate speed3.. I also ran a lightly modded evoX and pulled 2 cars on him from a 30roll.. I let haters run their mouth and i let my car do the talking..

I agree maz3 has allot of potential especially when modified due to there larger displacement over the evo. Both cars are awesome.

people need to learn how to drive I love the ms3 but me and a stock evo wether from a roll or a dig not beating me with out bolt ons

@nikolaspeed3 ralliart puts 229.3 wheel hp after the engine is broke in... do reflash, intake and catback exhaust it put 264 on the wheels... MS3 have a nice power stock... but all that power is put in to the front wheels making a horrible steer torque at launched.... and the new MS3 look so ridiculous with its smiley bumper..

Well, the Short ram is only about a 10hp gain, unlike the full CAI which is over 20 on that car. Also, he has the stock catted downpipe, just the secondary cat has been removed. This is also only good for 10-15hp. He's probably making 25whp over stock, which would mean 240 stock. Thats about the same as the evoX, in a car that weighs a few hundred lbs less, hence the higher trap speeds of the mazda.
