  • I am 57 years old. And that was 36 years ago in August 1974. Who knew this Illinoian would end up living near the Rocky Mountains and riding to Sturgis just about every year. And now I am retired enjoying this song while riding my HD softail freezing my scalp off and hands killing me and this song is the only thing that brings me home again. It's the Drive Home Man that counts. Livin' A Dream Out with REO Speedwagon. I relieve a time when a long red haired girl sat and looked at Red Haired Man.

  • I miss Gary.

  • love you guys! loved you then love you now !

  • I have seen them several times over the years in fact gary gave me a guitar pick personally because I climbed up on the stage and sat on one side chillin smokin a doob and gave it to him to share with the guys.

  • What concert does this video come from?

  • that dude so cracked out

  • The lead singer here is Kevin Cronin and he is still performing with the band today. Two other lead singers early in the band's history were Terry Luttrell and Mike Murphy. Mike is the one with the big red hair that some of you were asking about. Happy New Year to all of you!

  • I think it adds a lot when a front man talks to the crowd in between songs, tells jokes, tells stories, etc. It's especially cool when they tell the crowd a story of how they came to create a song. Kevin Cronin was a great front man for this band.

  • @ brokenwing & MrRexray try the name of kevin Cronin ;-D
