Existing Production - Refurbishment of 34,000m3 facility, insulated panel walls, stainless steel kerb, resin floors, refrigeration plant and electrical & mechanical installation.

New Goods In Extension - Design & Build of 8,500m3 portal frame building, insulated coldroom panel, specialist low temperature floors, low temperature doors, 250kW refrigeration plant, loading docks, M&E installation and HGV hardstanding.

Goods Out Extension - Design & Build of 8,500m3 portal frame
building, insulated coldroom panel, specialist low temperature floors, low temperature doors, 200kW refrigeration plant, loading docks, M&E installation and HGV hardstanding.

New Production Hall - Design & Build of 17,000m3 portal frame
building, insulated panel, specialist resin floors, stainless steel drains and kerbs, insulated doors / windows, 100kW refrigeration plant and M&E installation.

Holding Freezer - Design & Build of new holding freezer capacity, insulated panel, doors, specialist low temperature floors, 200kW low temperature refrigeration plant, M&E installation.

Spiral Blast Freezer - Spiral blast freezing facility, insulated enclosure, spiral conveyor, 300kW refrigeration plant and controls.
