yeah, they are not effective accurate to 100 yards, i don't care what they say. secondly, the only difference between vertical bow hunting and xbow hunting is the pulling of the trigger. both vert & xbows have their advantages and disadvantages, but all the scouting, scent control, wind control, etc is all the same as xbow hunting. they are bows, no question about it. if people are against them, fine, but they are what they are, a bow. they are in no way "just like a rifle". gimme a break.

Yeah, your Uneducated about Crossbows. Just like a bow it's effective range is about the same. Next questions is it like a rifle? No it is not and anyone who says so is ignorant of what a crossbow is does and how it opperates. The compound bows I have seen with a whole host of different shaped cams and cable drawstrings are every bit as complex or moreso than my crossbow. Please in the future think before you speak.

@slickone67 yeah, i mean their cool, but one of my older hunting friends has one and thats why i hate them, because he calls it a bow kill and i always correct him lol.

i think its a good idea, but i hate people that crossbow hunt, and call it a bow kill! it drives me insane! because you can literally kill an animal effectivly at 100yards with a corssbow. (they had it on wildgame nation)
