Working on the jump through and jump back. Still need work but it's coming along. For jump back I need to draw my legs up in further to my body so I won't touch my toe down on the way back. I could also bend my elbows earlier, but I'd rather keep my arms straight until my feet touch back there. Will keep at it.

I know the on going battle of jump back and jump throughs. Each practice is so different. Keep up the great work!!!!
