That's because most people have a fixed mindset (a stereotype actually) about what a person of a particular skin colour must actually be playing. It is not at all true. If you take this band for instance, the drummer has got Chinese roots. It has nothing to do with where someone is coming from and how someone looks. It is how they express what is inside them that actually matters.
