i think it's something that flashes a light into your eye when you're having REM so you know your dreaming. idk though.

so i got idoser and lucid dreaming and even ound it on grooveshark. i decided, hey imma try lucid dreaming. like an idiot, i ffell asleep waiting for the page to load on grooveshark... now i have to wait till tonight. and if u want one thats somewhat like this, u gotta try out of body... i just did that about 15 min ago and im still feeling shaken...but in a good way

@kodak139 rem is rapid eye movement. it happens only in the deepest state of sleep. usually about an hour or so into sleeping.

I think I'm incapable or subconsciously unwilling to realize myself while I dream. I think I prefer to be taken in by my own subconscious imagination,even though the concept sounds awesome..
