  • I would also like to add that Deep Fascial release up the extensers along with Transverse friction around the Lateral epicondyle is a great treatment as well. What do you think?

  • hey stop hatin.. he was a soundtech for Lil' John late 90's so he knows his stuff.

  • This guy needs to work on his presentation and know his material better before posting a video. It almost seems like he doesn't know what he's talking about.

  • There's nothing else you can do to relieve the tension in that muscle??? What about STR (Soft Tissue Release) - lock into the muscle near the tendon and ask the client to circle their wrist - it works wonders!!!

  • Watch my video....it speaks about my arm.....it's funny!!!

  • not the longus brevis sir...its the extensor carpi radialis brevis...a small muscle unable to support lots of stress...like heavy 135 lbs barbell curls...it tears at just 1 inch below the epicondyle as well as the bone itself....tennis elbow....

  • 777...no disrespect to you fine sir....you put in the work..yes overuse and age are the 2 main causes..sleep position of the arms is probably another....

  • i 'm sure he gives a nice massage, but as active in sports that i like to be, i've had some injuries and i want someone that knows what they're doing b/c i want to get back to playing that sport. i just think if you're going to put something out like that, you should know what you're talking about. it takes away from your credibility. i guess it's not that important for a message therapist. i guess if i want to just feel good, i wouldn't care.

  • research?? i think you have no idea how much research & studying i did for PT school. we even research stats on how effective diff techniques are; wrote essays on how tissue breaks down & repairs. yes john, i'm aware of the muscles that insert on the elbow, as well as nerves & ligaments; tendonitis also isn't just b/c of age, but b/c of repetitious/overuse. i went to grad school for over 2 yrs so i know. plus, not only can we massage but we do way much more than that that will be beneficial..sir
