Just discovered these sketches - check out my channel for more Stephen Colbert and Steve Carell. Also starring young unknowns Paul Dinello and Aliza Shalowitz. Written, produced and directed by Michael McCarthy, Ron West, and Greg Gotts at The Second City/Chicago.

I love Stephen but in this it looks like his body has yet to grow into his head like a puppy that needs to grow into it's huge paws.

every point Stephen is trying to make is about good corporate communications skills - but as Fred's manager this is the first time he ever set foot in Fred's office. Point being that Stephen was being hypocritical as a manager.
