  • lol wow i could see this guys punches coming from a mile away! Hes got a little speed but zero technique and his form is like a retarded kid saying hey knock my ass out you had no control of the bag and zero movement should've put how not to punch a heavy bag and man nice job on dropping your hands every other second and on a helpful note bro be careful some of the angles you were throwing from looked like you were fucking up your wrist

  • @novaclassELITE I bet you are right bro... Consider that that video was recorded in the first week a got my first heavy bag... you can bet I have no technique al all... I learnt a bit by suggestions here but nothing more... Thanks for your interest

  • well kudos for using hand wraps.

im beginning aswell and my hands need gloves :P

  • you look like a wuss

  • Great work man. Looks good for a first time user.

  • keep working on it man, you got it

  • stick with one two for now and wear some gloves

  • i wathed you vid aan aall i can say is get abit closer to the bag an follow threw an bring your arm back your genaraate more power

  • @MultiGreat1 Usually a heavy bag should be around 50% of your total body-weight, so if per say you weigh 200 pounds, a 100 pound bag should be fine for you.

  • @JackN0VA How heavy is this bag, it can't be 100 lbs it looks to big and heavy for that. I want to know because I want a heavy bag to use in my garden I'm also a heavyweight boxer. What weight do you recommend?
