awesome power....but i thought that you advocated using a 5-6 second negative on all exercises. Is this correct or does it just apply to certain exercises?

2)A Flex incline machine press (have to hang a dumbell from the stack)
3)Another incline press machine
got a little rotater cuff injury from trying out an exercise i previously injured my rotater cuff on (thought lightning couldnt hit twice) but it did...so ive changed some things up chest wise so i can train until my Active Release Technique Doc can fix the problem

gprince this is a widowmaker exercise so i just rep those out, but I didnt do well and only got 12 or 13 reps....I was supposed to get 15-20.
This is just a straight set and not a controlled negative rest paused one.
