so if im rooting my device and running on 2.1 before doing so, am i confined to just 2.1 roms? sorry kinda a noob at this rooting thing. a fuck load harder than jailbreaking.

sooo it says i've completely installed the rom but when i start the phone up again i that android flash screen just keeps shining back and forth, any suggestions?

@TheKiddGio ya sure? check the forums though. i didn't use this method, i did the more fun way, using the command prompt and bat files. this ones supposed to be easier. check the forums, they may have fixes

@KiddDrizz no. this is how you root it. the first jailbreak if you want to compare it to an ipod. if you want froyo you need to download a rom and install it.

Yes first you root your device and then you can load custom roms from the SD card.
