  • @xxRandomnameguyxx You probably found the answer by now, but it works the rear delt, middle trap, rhomboid, probably somewhat the lat, which also means teres major (those to essentially the same action. If she was doing more pure shoulder extension she'd probably be working the lat more). Maybe something else
