This superb little gadget is a cross between a rubber bladed squigee and a dustbuster handheld vacuum. New for 2009 this well made German product works amazingly well and will pay for itself in months as you wont need to buy window cleaning fluid or hire a window cleaner. It works with normal soapy water and is very fast to use. It also produces excellent result as the dirt is taken away and not spread about. retail price approx £50 see http://www.fredshed.co.uk/vacuumcleaners.htm for more details

  • WOW!!!!! Im likeing the look of that very much!!!!! That would be great for inside work! How long does the battery last for?

  • I would say about 20 minutes, I have a lot of glass and it will do the whole place on one charge once you get skilled at using it and dont ponce around too much. see more at my website fredshed

  • @TheGlassCleaners Yes, I would agree with you. It would be great attached to a pole for cleaning high up interior windows - trying to use a scrim (cloth) to detail the edges is difficult and smearing easy, and a water-fed pole can't be used inside. However, the battery needs to last for more than 20 minutes. A few hours would be more practical! Luke - I run a window cleaning firm - High Shine Cleaning & Support Services

  • Hi I have just purchased this from tesco direct, however it did not come with the spray bottle with cloth attachment has you have. Please can you tell me where you had purchased yours from and if it is possible to buy a simlar spray bottle with the attachment??

    Thanks

  • Put it on a stick. And you just might have something. Still trying to figure out the point of it for outside window cleaning. Keep pluging away at it. Maybe you'll come up with something. Kudos for trying.
