Turning out your lights for an hour is about at useless as spending a night in a refrigerator box to plead the case for the homeless.

yeh get your point, as i udnerstand it was they intended it to be at night becasue is teh time most people use energy at their houses and streetlights and all that i guess that was they aimed for :S dunno really but that all i can think of to ahve an impact on the time people use it the most

Not only did my family and I participated but I sent e mails to friends and family to TURN OFF THE LIGHTS and reminded all of them the morning of March 28. Its all for awarness of our planet. I look forward to participating next year. The video and music are great, thanks WWFdan!

It was my second year and I loved once again. I wish I could find photos of 2009 Earth Hour.
