  • This song always kicked ass for me. Tull has never been imitated or duplicated. A true original

  • this reminds me of a long lost friend that could have been a god amongst humans if given a fair chance.

sorry for the sad message but for those that know him the message will be inclined

at least it had been a lot of fun

  • @jim196869 I wouldn't know a pop boy if you hit me with one. Plus your mind has clearly been addled by 'peeking over the edge' and I doubt ANYONE is from 'your time'. If it's any of your business I was born in 1960 and as for 'experienced' I seriously doubt I'd want whatever 'experiences' you're referring to.

  • @celticfan60 The girls used to call your kind (Pop Boys) closed minded kids who listened to AM. Again, not experienced plus I dont think your from our time.

  • @jim196869 I don't need to 'peek over the edge' (whatever the hell that's meant to mean) to realize lack of talent. Simply put the Doors have got to be one of the MOST over-rated bands in history. If the 'genius' that was Morrison (LOL) had not killed himself no-one would ever have given a crap about his 'band'.

  • @celticfan60 There are people like you that just aren't experienced. If you never peeked over the edge, you cant know.

  • @jim196869 Morrison was a talentless clown who had not one ounce of the talent Iain Anderson has in abundance.

  • @HackerGuitarist Interesting! I didn't know that. I always thought it was one of Anderson's better vocals. And I love the groove Cornick and Bunker lay down on this tune. Thanks for the info.

  • @dougalmac54 the original single does not have flute ,, they added it on the album,,, Anderson hated this song for some reason.

  • @ramayogi The first thing you got wrong is Morrisons words were not pop as Ians are. To understand Morrison you would have to of visited the edge a few times. I have an idea you have not. Morrison was light years ahead of Ian Anderson, and I like Jethro Tull.

  • Ian always managed to get terrific musicians to play in his band. Look at Glenn Cornick, Jeffrey Hammond-Hammond and Martin Barre for starters - all great! and plenty of others too.

  • Martin plays a mean guitar for a fat boy.
