More GE Color Effects

Added a 10-foot tall tree made out of three 35-count strands of GE Color Effects lights. Next year, moving to a wire frame instead of a 1x2 frame for the tree. Also I built an FPGA capable of controlling 15 strands at once this month. Working on designing boards to distribute the signal to each strand of lights so that everything can be synchronized next year rather than use the stock GE controllers.
