Wiggle:
Layer Option=Stopwatch+Option/Alt
type "wiggle" in expression feild and then time value
ex. (20,78);

Green Screen Effect:
Effects=Keylight=Effects Controls=Eye Dropper
adjust values to create clean image

Motion Tracking:
Movie Clip=Null Object=Tracker
make the null object the parent to the movie clip
go to Tracker (Position check box: ON, Edit Target:Null, Track Type: Transform: Analyze+Apply


Mask:
Layer=Mask
create shape and put over selected area

Time Remap & Time Stretch:
Expand/Collaspe icon on bottom left corner
opens duration and time stretch feilds

Time Freeze:
Layer=Time=Time Freeze
freeze frame to selected time

Time Warp;
Effects=Time=Time Warp

Puppet Pin Tool:
Tools Palette=Puppet Pin Tool (pin button)
select layer, click on selection and move points
to distort image.

Difference Matte:
Effects=Key=Difference Matte (layer1)
Two Layers = locked
clear background, apply on layer1
adjust values
