I wrote this has a learning tool for others that are or will go through with what I went through. Every situation is different though. The picture on the left is of my husband, Van.

    Hi:

Thank you for your response. I am sorry about your husband. Just try to stay positive. I know it's hard. But remember one of my motto's "There's a reason for everything". Another suggestion, maybe join a support group of some kind. Or do some kind of volunteer work. There are all kinds of groups out that are looking for volunteers.

If you're on facebook, please feel free to friend me.

    Thinking of you.

    Take care,

    Judie

  • My husband has had two mirtal valves replaced, the first one ruptured, the second is mechanical. Now he has an aneurism in his current valve and they don't think he will survive. I left my home in the midwest to come to Nevada where I have no friends or family, things are getting worse and I don't know how I will get through it when it happens. I am so sorry for your loss.
