Well, if you decide to go through with the program I think it is important that you choose people who ACTUALLY have acne, not just the pretty/good looking people. If anything, I'd prefer watching progress videos as opposed to instructional videos. I think your previous videos are sufficient enough. I'd like to see people WITH acne, documenting their experience on the acne.org regimen, while also sharing tips & tricks on how they deal with dryness, flaky skin, moisturizing. Things of that nature.

I've heard from many dermatologists "beauty starts from within" this goes for skin also, anyone suggest any supplement for skin? i've tried Murad skin supplement but it did nothing for me!

MY SKIN HAS BROKEN OUT RECENTLY A LOT.

Not as bad as it use to be but I think it has to do w/ what I'm eating but I also think & I hope I'm WRONG that maybe the regimen doesn't work for me anymore. Please help! :(

Hey guys, Ive been using the regimen for about 4 months now, and i just cannot use the treatment twice daily! my skin is super sensitive and reddens up in the T-zone if i do this. So im down to once a day, but this is even too much. does moisturizinfg first effect the results? i fell like the mositurizer will create a buffer and make the BP a bit less reddening and irritating.
