Forgiveness is something many of us may struggle with. If we harbor things from the past that were or were not intended, we are the ones that suffer the most and we block ourselves from receiving all the joy and happiness we can. We inhibit our truest, lovely self from emerging.

It's easier to say than to do, but it's worth it. It doesn't mean that the things we hang on to are not justified, they may be, but it's a gift you give yourself.

People do all kinds of funny acts under different circumstances (many under stress of some form), and some may be effecting us directly. To spend the energy to even get mad is counter productive. Rather, that energy could be spent in much better ways for both parties to solve the issues/misunderstandings.
