@lcvd1 ive watched that fight pleanty of times, recently too. if you watch carefully he waves his hands gensturing something that seems to say "fuck it" lol and he can be CLEARLY heard saying no mas. I was alive during that time as well, although i was 7. watch the fight again, and leonard isn't durans trainer or mother. its his fault he didnt stay in a shape. train like a champ to be the champ.

@Jnucom hahaha, I think you need to watch reels. Let me detail it for you: Howard Cosell said "No Más" in his live broadcast of the fight. He started the famous phrase during the fight between Duran vs Leonard. Although I was 9 at the time, I clearly remember the fight and the no mas, which means no more. You need to watch here on youtube the documentary where Leonard admits he plan to fight an out of shape Duran to beat him. He admits it, but also the strategy was to stay away from him.
