Here Gary Bowes is doing 1 legged pushups on the Warrior Pushup Ts just one of the many variations that can be done to further challenge your strength and balance.

Warrior Push up Ts were developed by Gary Bowes for the serious martial arts and MMA student. They challenge your balance and grip while doing pushups in a very unique way, causing you to engage most of the major muscle groups in your body and making them (pushups) much more difficult and rewarding. The results are stronger wrists, forearms, and shoulders. For the martial artist this will help prevent hand, wrist, and arm injuries when striking, both in training and in competition. When doing pushups on the Ts the need for balance actually causes you to engage most of the muscles in your body, making the Ts challenging and ideal for athletes and fitness enthusiasts of all disciplines.
