Mr Peek, oh do I enjoy your videos, I love your shop and a early caddy in a T roadster with zoomies, way cool. I am a Bnjo Guy fraling style since 1958, still have my , long neck Chyristy and I am a car guy as well . Building a Donovan banger with a Joe Gemsa 4 port rocker arm head old iron is great, keep on pickin from CA ..

hi- im rebuilding a 327 and i notice your 283 has the oil seperator still mounted in the lifter valley--i was wondering if i would still need that installed on the rebuild--thanks Don

@bigpaw64 You mean that oil breather thingee up under the back of the engine? I think you would, to let the engine breathe and not sputter out oil, but what do I know. Ask Ericthecarguy. He knows everything.

@bigpaw64 The newer engines don't have that rear vent. They have a vent on the valve covers. That was common on the older engines with an oil filler spout that sticks up on the manifold and a vent tube down the back, I think..
