@JohnHFilms i used to have the white 70-200VR and it came with a white hood. nikon also made several other lenses in white. like the AF-S 28-70mm f/2.8D, AF-S 300mm f/4D and there was a telephoto one i think it was the 500mm. they're rarer than the black ones simply because most people bought the black. by far i think the 28-70 white would be the rarest AF-S nikkor ever made
