Nothing sick about it - In 1935 the bufos marinus was released into QLD against the advice of scientists. Since then the cane toad has spread across the top end of Australia and into Western Australia - covering 1,000s of square kilometres. Yes the kids have fun in participating - but they are also concerned over the environmental impact that the toad has on our native wildlife. Each 'buster' is trained in correct handling procedures. If everyone was a toad buster - THE TOADS WOULD BE BUSTED
