Roy Reynolds was in fact from Birmingham England. I had the great pleasure of meeting him several times in the 70's as well as many others band alumni.
John Park was agood friend of Roy's, what a lovely man and a wonderful alto
soloist, certainly the best soloist Stan had in his 70@s band.

I have a good slection of KENTON 333s 78s and cds and enjoy them all. First heard him in the 40s. His memory with the band will linger on forever.
