  • Very true. And very untrue. That's the beauty of Pink Floyd. Though for me the wall is a deeply anti-social movie, and Roger Waters own comments would agree, he has on occasion described himself as anti-socialist, as evident in The Walls mocking of nazism. Floyd remains all things to all people.

  • It has a few interesting coincidences, but so do literally millions of combinations of other movies and albums played together. Also, Pink Floyd wasn't anti-socialist to any degree.
