One thing i felt wasnt emphasised at all in any of your videos and that is hydration. not saying u didnt mention just saying I personally didnt notice much focus on hydration so i apologise if u did. but wanted to say u need to drink a good 3-4 litres of water a day to keep joints working good and to help muscles develope. Also wen dehydrated u burn only about 96% of the calories so its crucial for matabolism also. great videos though good job and hope u get to where u want to build wise.

@Vojskovoda Very true. Eat often and don't eat too much for each meal. Like Tim said 5-7 meals/day.
You should never be hungry and you should never be full. Always stop eating before you get "full." Likewise, try to eat a meal before you get too hungry. Being too hungry may cause you to overeat. If you're too hungry, your body is telling you that it really needs fuel. You should be feeding it before that ever happens.
Like Tim said, eating every 2-3 hours is a good rule of thumb.
